If any of you moonbats out there were wondering who you could look up to as a left wing role model, look no further than the hateful and quite insane Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez (pictured below with his good buddy Cindy! ). 

Here are some choice quotes from his speech today at the UN (See it all here thanks to the Drudge Report.) ...

"And the devil came here yesterday. Yesterday the devil came here. Right here." [crosses himself]  "And it smells of sulfur still today.  Yesterday, ladies and gentlemen, from this rostrum, the president of the United States, the gentleman to whom I refer as the devil, came here, talking as if he owned the world. Truly. As the owner of the world." 

And ...

"The president of the United States, yesterday, said to us, right here, in this room, and I'm quoting, "Anywhere you look, you hear extremists telling you can escape from poverty and recover your dignity through violence, terror and martyrdom." Wherever he looks, he sees extremists. And you, my brother -- he looks at your color, and he says, oh, there's an extremist. Evo Morales, the worthy president of Bolivia, looks like an extremist to him." 

It looks like someone gave this guy an advanced copy of the Liberal Talking-points Memo!!

Why is this loon allowed to set foot on US soil?  He has insulted our Nation, our president, and threatened us!  This man has invited Islamofacist extremists and the communists leaders of Cuba and China into Venezuela.  He is the ally of Iran, Cuba, North Korea, and China.  He supports Iran's nuclear program so they can 'protect' their nations against the American threat. 

This man is preparing his nation for the war against us ... why is he allowed  here?

What is more bothersome is that he is using American made anti-war and anti-American propaganda against us. 

Well, to be honest I can not be too upset about that.  I am all for it, in fact.  Maybe now people will see the true face of the anti-American movement.  This movement that begins with violence, insanity and death and ends with suppression, hate and fear.

How can anyone listen to his anti-American tirades, and think, 'Gosh, that fella sure makes sense!', or believe that he and his movement are in the best interest of global democracy?

I call on all democrats and liberals to denounce Chavez and his allies.  I call on them to defend our nation against his hate filled slander.  I hope that those who profess to hate America will see Chavez and see a warning.  He is what you will become.  He is what you will turn into. 

But I do not think that will happen.  I think he will become the poster boy for the anti-American movement.  He will be a hero to those who would see us destroyed.

But, I must admit, On one issue Chavez and I are in total agreement.

"... based on the fundamental principles of the United Nations, but a renewed United Nations.  And maybe we have to change location. Maybe we have to put the United Nations somewhere else; maybe a city of the south. We've proposed Venezuela."

Please, please do. The sooner the better.
